Today AP State Govt has issued Memo No.92/A&I/2020 Dated 26.03.2020, declaring all student of Class 6 to Class 9 PASS with out taking annual examinations. AP Govt has declared holidays in wake of Coronavirus outbreak in the state. Earlier AP state government has declared holidays for all educational institutions up to 31st March 2020. But recently central government has announced Lock Down through out the country and asked every one to stay at home. Govt has announced Lock Down for 21 days, starting from 25th of March 2020 to 14th April 2020.

In these circumstances it is very difficult to conduct Summative Examination for high school students from 6th class to 9th class. Hence Andhra Pradesh has cancelled SA 2 examinations for this year and all students will automatically be promoted to the next class. 10th Class examinations have already been postponed indefinitely. Several state governments in India started announcing All Students Pass with out taking examinations in this situation. Govt Memo regarding ALL Students Pass is as follows.




All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that as a precautionary measure
to counter the spread of novel corona virus (COVID-l9) the State of Andhra Pradesh has been under lockdown for 2L days i.e from 25.O3.2O2O to
14.04.2020 and it is not feasible to conduct Annual Examinations (Summative Assessment II) for the Students of Classes VI to IX.

Therefore, it is decided to cancel the Summative Assessment II Examinations for the Classes VI to IX and declare the students of Classes VI to
