Kerala Higher Secondary Teachers Transfers 2017 Norms/Kerala HS Teachers General Transfers Guidelines 2017/Kerala Higher Secondary Teachers Transfers Schedule was published online vide Kerala Govt GO(P)No.06/2017/Gen.Edn dtd 03/04/2017. Govt of Kerala has published Kerala Higher Secondary Teachers and other government employees Transfers guidelines and norms. Higher Secondary Teachers of Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Idukki, Kannur, Kasaragod, Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Palakkad, Pathanamthitta, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Wayanad can apply online for Transfers. State government of Kerala will be conducting Transfers in online mode for all its employees in which teachers are also included. Kerala Govt has formed Transfers new guidelines in this year. According to these new transfers guidelines, teachers who have completed three years of service by the end of 31st March in that year are only eligible to apply for transfers.
General Transfers will likely be held in the months of April and May for all other government employees every year. Government has laid down certain instructions for the smooth conduct of Transfers in the G.O(P)No.3-2017-P&ARD dated 25.02.2017.

Submission of Transfers Application Form: 15th April to 30th April 2017
Teachers Transfers List publication expected date: 2nd May to 16th May 2017
Submission of complaints: 16th May to 23rd May 2017
Teachers Transfer Orders: 30th May 2017
How to Apply for Transfers Online?
Kerala Higher Secondary Teachers need to apply online for Transfers.
Teachers can apply for transfers online. They have to first find district wise vacancies of all districts Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Idukki, Kannur, Kasaragod, Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Palakkad, Pathanamthitta, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur and Wayanad & school wise vacancies. Then they required to fill the online transfers application form. Teachers need to fill the online application form carefully with out leaving any column, after applying online, they need to download the submitted transfers application form and need to submit the same to their Head Masters. Kerala Higher Secondary school teachers need to select one home station for transfer. They can change their home station once.
