Vizianagaram Grama Volunteers Vacancies are 10,012. Vizianagaram District Category wise Grama Volunteer Vacancies for General/BC A, BC B, BC C, BC D, SC, ST will be intimated soon. A total of 10,012 volunteers will be recruited in Vizianagaram district for 34 mandals in the district.
Intermediates is the qualification in rural areas, 10th class in tribal areas while in Municipalities degree is the educational qualification for this recruitment. One Grama Volunteer will be appointed for every 50 house holds in Vizianagaram District. Last date to apply online is 5th July 2019. There are 935 Grama Panchayats in Vizianagaram District. Yesterday AP State Govt, Department of Panchayat Raj has released Notification for AP Grama Volunteers Recruitment and AP Ward Volunteers Recruitment. AP State Govt also released Grama Volunteers Guidelines G.O Ms.No.104 dated 22.06.2019. Selected volunteers will be send to a 2 day training program before they join in duties.
Eligibility: Applicant must belong to the village or gram panchayat where he/she is applying.
Educational Qualifications: Applicants must pass intermediate or its equivalent for rural area. For tribal areas 10th class pass is required.

Reservation: Reservation as per govt norms will be applicable for all reserved candidates. In addition, 50% are reserved for woman candidates in all categories. This is a great opportunity for woman candidates to secure AP Grama Volunteer Job which can give them a fixed honorarium every month.
