Mega PTM 3.0
Mega PTM 3.0 Schedule and Tentative Agenda was released today by the School Education Department. Mega PTM 3.0 will be conducted on 5th December 2025. Previously two PTMs (Mega Parent Teacher Meetings) were held in Andhra Pradesh. First PTM was held in December 2024, second PTM was held in July 2025. The following is the Mega PTM Schedule is as follows.
Mega PTM Schedule 2025
As per Mega PTM 3.0 Schedule released today, Parent Teacher Meeting will be started by grand welcoming parents, SMC members, old students from 9.00am to 9.30am. Next one on one interaction will be conducted from 9.30am to 10.50am. Teachers will talk with parents about their children’s performance in the recently concluded SA 1 examinations and also discuss with parents about their performance in the FLN baseline examination which is being implemented during the last week of November 2025.
TLM exhibition will be conducted from 10.50am to 11.00am. Teachers and students will exhibit Primary Sports materials such as Library Books, Jaadui Pitara kit, FLN learning kit, FLN print rich material and children made materials. From 11am to 11.10am proceeding to main dais. Teachers and students invite parents, philanthropists, donors, alumni, people’s representatives and other invitees to the dais. Maa Telugu Thalli state song will be sung at the dais to mark the launching of the program.
From 11.10am to 12.45pm, other activities like HM Report on academic progress of the school, Recitation of poems/Sathaka padyas/story telling by two students, Speech by one parent about their child progress and overall well being of the school, Speech by one teacher on
preparation for SSC exams and explaining 100-day action plan, Speech by one parent on children progress and overall expectation from the school.
From 12.45pm onwards, MDM will be served.
PTM Detailed Schedule
Detailed Mega PTM 3.0 Schedule is as follows.
9.00 to 9.30am: (30mins): Grand Welcome to Parents, Philanthropists, old students, SMC members People’s representatives, officers from the department. All parents will be seated along with their students in their respective Classrooms. Public Representatives, Philanthropists and Alumni will be seated in the HM room
One-on-one Interaction:
- Discussion on HPC with Parents
- Explanation of Assessment Booklet to parents
- Dissemination of the student’s FLN baseline level to the parents
- Discussion on the child’s progress according to NIPUN goals and a request for parental support after school hours.
Parents should visit TLM Exhibition (Primary Sports materials, Library Books, Jaadui Pitara kit, FLN Learning kit, FLN Print rich material and Children made materials) moving sequentially from one class to other
