SIR Final Voters List
SIR Final Voters List 2025 is now ready to download for Bihar Assembly Elections from the election commission website https://voters.eci.gov.in. Bihar Assembly Elections are scheduled to be held on the 6th November 2025 and 11th November 2025 for 241 Vidhan Sabha, Assembly Constituencies in Bihar. About 64% voting is recorded in the first phase of elections across 121 constituencies. 3.75 crore voters have cast their vote today in the first phase election.
Highest polling percentage, 64.4% is recorded in the first phase election today in 30 years time. It is not yet known which party is going to capitalize this high percentage voting and form the government in the next few days. Bihar Assembly Election Results are scheduled to be released on the 14th November 2025.
How to Download SIR Elector Roll?
Voters can download SIR Final Voters List from the official website by selecting District, Assembly Constituency and Roll Type. Final Roll 2025 and SIR Final Voters Roll both are available to download at the official website. After downloading Bihar Voters List, people can check their names, booth number and polling station number from the downloaded PDF file. But these PDF files are about 2GB in size and it consisted all the voters details in that assembly constituency.
Alternatively Voters can check their details in the electoral search portal https://electoralsearch.eci.gov.in/ by entering their EPIC number in the space provided for that. After entering EPIC number, we have to enter the captcha to get our details as shown in the following picture.
Voters can also check their name in the Bihar Electoral Roll by submitting their mobile number in the official website. Upon successful submitting, an OTP will be send to the submitted mobile number. People need to enter the OTP in the space provided for that. In this way also people can get their name checked in the Bihar Voters List 2025.

Date of Notification: 10.10.2025 (Friday, Phase 1) and 13.10.2025, Sunday, Phase 2)
Last date of making nomination: 17.10.2025 (Friday)
Date of Scrutiny of Nominations: 18.10.2025 (Saturday)
Last date of withdrawal of Nominations: 20.10.2025 (Monday)
Date of Poll: 06.11.2025, Thursday, Phase 1 and 11.11.2025, Tuesday, Phase 2 election)
Date of Counting: 14.11.2025 (Friday)
In general several political parties will distribute Voter Slip or Booth Slip to the voters before the elections day. Electors can use this booth slip to identify their name in the electoral roll which is present with the election officials at the polling stations.
