Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must pass 10th Class or equivalent examination from any recognized board or University with two years experience in respective trades. OR Two year diploma from ITI in the respective Trade.

Pay Scales: Rs.5200 to Rs.20200 with grade pay Rs.2000

Selection Procedure: Candidates whose applications are found to be in order will be called for PST or PET. PST=Physical Standard Test, PET=Physical Efficiency Test. BSF Constable Tradesman PET is only off qualifying nature and will not carry any marks. Candidates successfully get past the BSF Constable Tradesman PET will be called for Trade Test.
